Crafted by Nature: The Story Behind Conscious Cocktail Company
How one woman’s love of the British countryside (and cocktails!) became a mission to change how we drink.
In the hedgerows and across the meadows along the South Coast of England, where elderflower blooms and the air hums with life, inspiration struck. It was there, surrounded by the scents and sounds of the British countryside, that the idea for Conscious Cocktail Company began to take root.
Founded by a lifelong environmentalist, passionate forager, and female entrepreneur, Conscious Cocktail Company set out to answer a simple but radical question:
Why shouldn’t our cocktails care for the planet as much as we do?

This uplifting cocktail blends smooth English unaged, white rum with a fresh, cooling infusion of British fresh mint.
Zesty lime juice and a splash of cloudy lemon juice bring citrus brightness, while meadowsweet extract adds gentle honeyed, almond-like floral notes evoking the wildflower edges of a summer field. Lemon balm, a calming herb from the mint family, offers a soft, citrus-mint warmth that lingers delicately on the finish.

Our small-family run and artisan distilleries and vineyard in Sussex and Hampshire reduce our carbon footprint and supports local businesses.
Our natural fruit juices are sourced from suppliers in the UK with LEAF (Linking Environment and Farming) and Certified Organic (Organic Food Federation) Awards.
