Distilled in historical Fort Cumberland at Portsmouth Distillery Co., 1968 White Rum is a unique, unaged spirit crafted entirely from sugar-cane syrup, not molasses, sourced from Central America.
This intentional choice gives it a distinctive aromatic brightness that's rare in UK-made rums.
Crafted from Cane, Not Molasses
Made using dehydrated sugar-cane juice rehydrated into syrup, then long-fermented and twice-distilled. The result is a cleaner, more floral, and fruit-forward profile than typical molasses-based rums.
